Define Inspection Process

With loops, IF conditions, variables, and flexible process definition DMC supports a wide range of automated measurement and inspection processes.

After the process is defined and tested it can be run either remotely or simply with a click of a button from a custom HMI.

Stage + Scanner/Camera

DMC allows combining stages, sensors, cameras, and other devices to do the process.

Within the DMC, the process can be defined in machine coordinates and because all the devices are configured with appropriate offsets, the user simply selects the device and the position and all the rest is done automatically.

Export Data

DMC allows to easily export and import data for the process.

With the data export command, the user can select to export a wide range of data, from sensor reading, pictures, or positions to some already precalculated data via various mathematical expressions.

Machine Vision

DMC has a machine vision module that can automatically find features and export the data about them.

Using DMC's machine vision modules various detection methods the user can find certain features, like crosses, circles, edges, blobs, etc. Then after the detection, results are stored in special variables that can be exported in multiple formats.

DMC can be used not only for laser micromachining but also for testing and inspection applications. The laser can be replaced by sensors and manipulators and flexible process definition will allow automating a wide range of jobs.
