At DMC, we are developing laser machine control software. It needs to control a wide range of devices (lasers, positioning systems, cameras, sensors, etc.) for a wide range of applications (from 3D printing rockets to race car body laser texturing) so that a laser machine could work as a well-tuned engine.
DMC is used in state-of-the-art laser 3D printers, systems in automotive production, electronics, semicon and much more. Some of the biggest and most well-known world brands use DMC to control their laser processing systems. DMC product is the leader in its category, and we work with exciting projects and people all around the world.
We are growing rapidly and are looking to expand our team. If you would like to apply, please send your CV and motivation to [email protected].
We are growing and are looking for a technical support engineer to help us help our customers solve system integration and application challenges.
In this position, you will learn a lot about different applications and laser processing systems (from laser additive manufacturing to micromachining and even high-power laser processing). DMC is a leader in its category, and our customers range from some of the world's largest organizations to cutting-edge startups all over the world.
You will need to learn to use DMC laser machine control software and work with laser micromachining systems, learn about all various components within those systems, and learn how they work and interact together. For that, we have an application lab with a wide range of different hardware setups for testing and application development.
For some projects, you might need to do installation/support on the customer site. On a daily basis, you will need to help solve customer technical challenges and help them learn how to work with DMC.

At Direct Machining Control, we have one product - DMC software, but since we are working with different customers for a very wide range of applications, in many cases, there are requests to either add some additional functionality or adapt some part of the software.
We continually have multiple projects in the works, and we are now looking for an experienced project manager to help us manage all those projects.
Our projects range from very small and short ones (implementing some simple device support) to complex multi-month projects like developing a custom industrial machine HMI. In general, most of the projects are 1-2 weeks long. But there are always 1-2 bigger projects in the works as well.
In this role, we expect a project manager to manage all those projects and also to oversee the big picture of all the projects we are working on. Help us plan, manage recourses, and handle communication with customers during project execution.
We are the leaders in our product category, are growing rapidly, and we invite you to grow together.

We have a range of interesting projects for you to join. Be prepared to learn, as there will be many new things, especially in the beginning.
We have an application lab full of hardware, so you will get to work with the actual devices. We are often one of the first to get the newest technologies in this field for testing as we closely collaborate with the leading hardware manufacturers.
