What's included with every license

Every license includes two years of software updates and technical support. The license never expires - when the support period ends, the software keeps working. Support can be renewed at any time.

Support team

We are laser process engineers. Every inquiry is handled by someone who understands the hardware, the application, and the physics behind the process.

Remote support: screen-sharing sessions for configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

On-site support: installation, configuration, and hands-on training at the facility.

Training: personal online sessions covering DMC functionality and recipe creation for specific applications.

Getting started with DMC

Built-in user manual - accessible from Help in the top menu of a main screen. Covers features, commands, and settings.

Sample recipes - included with every installation. A quick way to see how common processes are built.

Virtual devices - design and test recipes without connecting to hardware. Start building processes right after installation.
