DMC laser machining software controls the hardware of the machine directly. So there is no need for G-Code generation, proofing, and uploading.
Having direct access to machine hardware provides a lot of benefits by integrating cameras and sensors for smarter processes.
DMC’s Adaptive Mark on Fly (A-MOTF) allows efficient processing of large parts that can tolerate stitching or have features that are small enough to fit into the scanner field. Using DMC’s A-MOTF, it is often possible to achieve up to 30% faster processing times compared to other technologies.

3D Module is an addition for DMC LITE for 3D file (STL, STP, IGES) import and preparation for laser 3D printing and/or deep laser engraving. It includes model fixing and support generation tools for 3D printing. Automatically included with DMC PRO.
MV PRO integrates machine vision functionality for DMC. It supports industrial cameras (IDS, AVT, Basler, Mightex, PointGrey and similar) and adds focus finding, view stitching functionalities as well as manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic sample alignment. It also unlocks calibration tools that are using a camera for data collection.
MV LITE integrates camera view into DMC. It supports industrial cameras (IDS, AVT, Basler, Mightex, PointGrey and similar) and adds focus finding functionality as well as manual sample alignment.
Multihead or Multiple Scanner Simultaneous Control module enables simultaneous use of several scanners for processing a single area. It automatically handles trajectory separation and controls the hardware to produce the part. It also comes with special joining strategies for error minimization. An additional option is a smoke or soot avoidance sorting algorithm that does not allow smoke produced by one head to cover the other head's processing area.
DMC can be used to control 5-axis stages plus a scanner for any 3D shape processing. There are separate 5-Axis Modules depending on the application.
